Higher levelGovernorate (Mohafaza) p-codes are in column MOH_COD and reference names in column M_Ref_name.Higher level District (Caza / Kadaa) p-codes are in the Kadaa_Code column, district reference names in the K_Ref_name column. The p-code for the cadastral units is not consistent with the p-codes for higher administrative units or those for the populated places.
