The Access Reporting Tool (ART) is used to report and follow up on humanitarian access incidents and identify the main access constraints UNICEF Lebanon country office is facing, in which geographical areas, which sectors, who the responsible actors are, and what measures are taken to address them. This tool helps UNICEF to collect and analyze data on the impact of access constraints on the humanitarian response. The data collected and analyzed will be used to inform the UNICEF management, programs, field offices and the access working group on access dynamics, including overall trends on the type of incident, sectors or activities affected, access issues in specific geographical areas, best practices to resolve them, and recommendations on how to address these access constraints., type: esriFieldTypeString
